Thobellaz was launched on the 20th of September 2018 when Toyin decided it was time for her side of the world to partake in the yummy things in life. Since then, she has been on a journey of constant improvement in a bid to grow the business to become a main source of income. She acknowledges that a lot of challenges stem from the tough business environment that Nigeria is known for, but she is definitely up to the challenge. She does however, advice fellow business owners to keep focusing on the path ahead and not concede to the negative factors. She also urged people to not become part of the problem by treating employees right. Ensure that as a boss you motivate and reward good behaviour, you provide sufficient benefits and allowances as well as periodic training sessions to promote employee growth.

Toyin mentioned that being in the food industry reduces harassment from men because of the primitive mindset about gender roles involving women and kitchen. Men seem to trust the food more when the chef is a woman. She admits that it is not the same case for women in other industries and advices them to keep their heads up and strive for greatness.
Being the review driven enthusiasts that we are, we asked the question of what she thinks of myudo.biz as well as what advice she could give us. She instantly told us that she was grateful that such a platform exists in Nigeria. We are very happy to see that you feel this way, Toyin.
